When getting married in South Dakota, there are not really any months that are safe in terms of weather, so November is truly a risk of major snowstorms or plenty of bitter cold and wind. Michael and Holly, however, totally lucked out! Michael and Holly were married on an unseasonably warm November day at one of the most coveted wedding venues in Sioux Falls, Blue Haven Barn and Gardens in Sioux Falls. Their fresh glam wedding was highlighted by the warm fall sun and we were able to spend quite a bit of time outside for their portraits.
Holly’s light and airy style came out in the design of her wedding with blush pinks, plum purples, and grays of her florals and wedding party attire. Her gorgeous style came out in all of her details! If you’re ever in the market for some bomb wedding shoes that will photograph beautifully at a reasonable price point, there is nothing better than a pair of Badgley Mischka sandals.
Blue Haven Barn has some amazing bridal suites to get ready in. The light is perfect for those getting ready images that are so important, but great for your HMUP to do their job!
When I say the day was perfect, I truly mean it. From the weather to the decor, this wedding was flawless. Even the sunset couldn’t have been better! Thank you for sharing your day with me, Michael and Holly! I wish you decades of love and happiness!
