I may have traveled from South Dakota to Los Angeles, California to photograph Tom and Émilie’s gorgeously chic wedding, but the real travel story is that Tom (South Dakota Native) met Émilie (Quebec, Canada Native) in Mexico. See? Much better story.
While their love story spanned three countries, they made it officially offish in sunny California. I am not sure I’ve had as much fun shooting a wedding as I did Tom and Émilie’s. I do know for a fact I’ve never laughed harder than I did at the best man’s speech — I brought receipts if you don’t believe me (see below). If anyone else wants to head to the Sunshine State for their wedding, hit. me. up. I’m all in.
